Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 6, 2026
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains what information Trismegistus (“we,” “us”) collects when you use the Trismegistus platform (the “Service”), how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
2. Information we collect
Account information. When you register we collect your email address and a securely hashed password. Usage information. We store the Entities you create, the prompts you run, the results returned, and metadata such as credits charged, latency, and which models contributed — so we can operate the Service, show your history, and bill accurately. Payment information. Payments are handled by third-party payment processors. We do not store your full card numbers; we retain only the transaction and subscription records our processors return to us. Technical information. Like most web services, we process basic technical data (such as IP address and request logs) needed to secure and operate the Service.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to: provide and maintain the Service; execute your runs and return results; process payments and manage subscriptions and credit balances; enforce usage limits and prevent abuse; provide support; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
4. How your prompts are shared to fulfill a run
To produce a result, we transmit the Input you submit to the third-party AI model provider(s) your Entity is configured to use. Those providers process your Input under their own terms and privacy policies in order to generate the Output. Only the data necessary to fulfill your run is sent. If your run uses live web search or file-fetch features, the relevant query or URL is sent to the applicable search or content provider.
5. Service providers we rely on
We use a limited set of trusted sub-processors to run the Service, which may include: AI model gateways and generation providers (to execute runs); payment processors (to take payments and manage subscriptions); a managed database and hosting/infrastructure provider (to store data and serve the app); and a web-search provider (for runs that use live data). Each processes data only as needed to provide its function.
6. Data retention
We retain your account and usage data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal data and associated content, except where we are required to retain certain records (for example, transaction records for tax and accounting).
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing (including under the GDPR and CCPA). You can delete your account and associated data from your account settings, or contact us to exercise these rights. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
8. Security
We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect your information, including hashed passwords, encrypted transport, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. International users
We may process and store information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards apply to cross-border transfers.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, additional notice.
